As long as the user remains a user of the app. As soon as he/she deletes the account, his/her data will be duly blocked for the period of time in which legal obligations may arise. Subsequently, they will be eliminated.

The personal data provided shall be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are processed. They shall also be kept for the period of time in which legal obligations may arise for FI GROUP.

The periods established in the applicable regulations for the conservation of files and documentation are applied.

As soon as the processing of personal data is no longer necessary, the data shall be deleted or duly blocked.

Communication of data

As a general rule, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so. Data will be processed and stored in Spain.

Notwithstanding the above, service providers are used to enable the efficient operation and maintenance of the app.
