However, in his journey learning Spanish, Vincent realized that it wasn’t that easy to
learn, and practice a new language and he soon experienced the challenges faced

The conventional methods of learning a foreign language were not for him: he didn’t have a flexible work schedule that could allow him to attend Spanish classes at a reasonable time of day. In addition, all the available e-learning language resources such as platforms or apps were outdated, generic and boring and provided a one-size-fits-all approach that didn’t allow him to learn Spanish in a quick and fun way.

In the end, Vincent was lucky enough to meet his actual fiancée who helped him to improve his Spanish. He found out that learning a foreign language is a personal journey that needs a tailored approach for every language learner and that connecting with native speakers is the best and fastest way to sharpen your conversational skills.

So two years ago, when for professional reasons, Vincent had to start learning English and reach a good level in a short amount of time, he reflected on his experience learning Spanish and an idea sparked in his mind: since the best way to learn how to talk in a foreign language with confidence is to find someone to practice with, he decided to create that person. A supportive friend, native speaker, available any time who makes learning a new language a unique, easy, fast and fun experience.

With this thought as motivation, Vincent and a small team of passionate friends set out to create BuddieSpeak - An AI chatbot app designed specifically for learning languages through chat conversations and role-plays. A life-changing app and a tailored experience for every language learner.
